Spiritual Care
By providing compassionate support and guidance, we nurture the spiritual wellbeing of individuals within our church family during times of need and personal growth.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
Philippians 4:6
Similar to the music ministry, we know that prayer and thus spiritual care is a scriptural command and bedrock to our faith. Our goal and purpose is to keep the church rooted in God, and to be constantly in prayer. This looks like being the hands and feet of the Lord, meeting people in times of hardship and crisis; it looks like a ministry of presence, simply being there to listen; it looks like taking the church, community, state, nation, and world problems to the foot of the cross in prayer, surrendering all of our issues to the Lord.
